Shapechanger. The Were-squirrel can use its action to polymorph into a squirrel-humanoid hybrid or into a giant squirrel, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying is transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Actions

Multiattack (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). The Were-squirrel makes two attacks per round, only one of which can be a bite.


Bite (Squirrel or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit:  2d4 + 2 piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 11 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with Were-squirrel lycanthropy.


Grapple with long prehensile squirrel tale: +5 to hit and entangle. DC 16 Strength ST to break free.


Shortsword (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.


Throw nuts, ranged attack, as a slingshot, +6 to hit.

  Legendary Action:  Up to 3/day, can command all squirrels within a radius if 1/4 mile to obey its commands.
